Do you charge commission on orders we receive?
At Appfactorie we dont believe in taking commission on YOUR profit! Therefore you pay ZERO commissions on all orders. We do charge you a monthly fee, this amount is similar to hosting your website and enables you to keep your app up-to-date!
Yes! App2Go works on both iPhones & Androids.
We usually have our partners up and running in 10 days! this will depend on how quickly we receive your restaurant information from you though.
This is all part of our service to you, we will look after uploading it to the stores on your behalf. You will just need to provide us temporary access to your account. If you dont have an account we can assist you with this too!
The only other fees is with Apple and Google. Both companies charge a fee to offer your app on their respective stores. Apple charges $99 per year and Google charge $25 for life.
Yes! if you find your running out of a specific product, your able to update this on you app in real time. We believe this is crucial to ensuring your customers are happy!
App2Go was built for single store brands and multi store chains! there is no limit on the amount of stores your App can have, in fact the more stores the better!
We have thought about this too! with our User Management system your able to segment your stores, this means that Franchise Owner 1 can only see their information and so on.
We already offer delivery, how does this work with our delivery drivers? App2Go works seamlessly with our other products, in this case, Ondemand. When combining App2Go and OnDemand you are able to not only have a Mobile App for your venue, but also a delivery app for your drivers.
